Griezmann, included in the Team of the Year 2016
Antoine Griezmann is part of the Team of the Year 2016. Our player has been
chosen by the users of UEFA.com as one of the eleven players. The
international Frenchman finished a great 2016 scoring goals in the knockout
rounds of the Champions League quarter-finals and semi-finals against
Barcelona and Bayern.
In addition, in France’s EURO held in the summer, our forward scored 6 goals
receiving the best player and top scorer awards. In the present season, the
Frenchman has scored 6 goals in LaLiga and another three in the Champions
League group stage.
The rest of the team is made up by: Buffon, Bonucci, Ramos, Boateng, Piqué,
Modric, Kroos, Iniesta, Cristiano and Messi.
