[請益] 已移除的職業，職業評估該取消還是繼續?

4/19是個令人心碎的日子。有216個職業被移除了。其中有些人當時已交件做職業評估
skill assessment. 我是二月分交件，職業是life scientist nec ,
9週後(上週)我收到vetassess的email, 問我要要取消評估，拿回partial
refund, 還是完成評估。並給了兩週的期限。看過各州的州擔保職業清單了，確
實是來自於combined lists. 但是昆州的QSOL目前關閉。
我還抱著某些被移除的occupations可能在今年7月1日會被放回去的希望。
但是否繼續評估，目前毫無頭緒。曾做過州擔保或歷經occupation被移除的人，可以
給我些意見嗎? 謝謝


以下是我收到的email
The Australian Federal Government recently made announcements in
relation to changes to its skilled visa programs.
With effect from 19 April 2017, the occupation lists used for skilled
migration have been condensed, and a number of occupations have been removed.
To learn more about these changes, please refer to http://www.border.gov.au

VETASSESS does not provide refunds once the assessment process is underway.
However, given the present circumstances, VETASSESS is proposing to make
an exception to applicants impacted by the Australian Government’s
recent changes to its skilled visa programs.

The occupation you nominated for your Skill Assessment has been removed from
the list of eligible skilled occupations.  Accordingly, VETASSESS has
placed Skills Assessment application (no.xxxxxxxxx) on hold and is offering
you the following options:

(a)  have your Skills Assessment application withdrawn and be
issued with a refund of fees paid less AUS $100 administrative
fee, or

(b) proceed to have your Skills Assessment processed noting that
the assessment outcome will not be able to support a visa application,
or

c) change the occupation you have currently nominated for a Skills
Assessment. Please note that VETASSESS is unable to provide migration advice,
and therefore cannot suggest alternative occupations for any pending
applications. Applicants are advised to seek further information and advice
before you select this option.

Please make a careful decision when choosing the available option as
we are unable to make further changes. To advise us of your preferred
option, please visit the link below:

seek further information and advice regarding your options, and as such
we are giving applicants until 17 May 2017 to confirm how you would
like to proceed.
