[問題] 台灣網球選手遇到的問題

我知道台灣網路消息很厲害，想問大家是否能分享尋問如果遇到如此問題該怎麼做？
這是我在國外搭飛機所遇到不公平事情，原本自認倒楣，後來試試寫信給航空公司爭取，
難到消費者者買貴了，不僅不能退差價還因國家區域不同，給你理虧所有理由？
To Whom It May Concern
My name is Ti Chen and I am gold card member of the sky team at China
Airline(CT 556957).
I was booked to fly from Noumea to Auckland on 8 January 2015 on flight
SB-410 at 8am. E-ticket number was 086 4756280134. This flight was cancelled
due to a to a technical problem. I was flying to compete in the international
tennis tournament Auckland Open. I am now in Melbourne playing Australia open
Tennis.
Due to the cancellation of flight SB-410 I needed to find a way to get to
Auckland urgently so I purchased a one way ticket paying USD 930 and had to
wait until the following day to depart Noumea at 1:05am on the 9th January.
Others traveling on this flight have only paid USD 300 and it was only due to
the cancellation flight that I needed to purchase a new ticket at this high
price. Otherwise I would not have made it to the Auckland tennis tournament.
I am now requesting that you consider refunding me the difference between USD
300 and USD 930.

我在ㄧ月打Noumea挑戰賽完趕緊飛紐西蘭，花了將近三萬買單程早上八點飛機，抵達機場
卻因為飛機問題，改到隔日凌晨一點飛，我上網查到這機票不到一萬，於是打球朋友建議
我寫信跟航空爭取。我在澳網期間請大會幫忙寫信，內容如上。
去紐西蘭航空網站貼上我的請求但是他們說與其他航空SB-410，叫我跟別家聯絡，但是我
是跟紐西蘭航空買票的！

Thank you for your reply.
I am looking at the Air Passenger Rights and it states in the Financial
compensation that
Financial compensation
In addition, if you are denied boarding, your flight is cancelled or arrives
more than 3 hours late on arrival at the final destination stated on your
ticket, you may be entitled to compensation of €250 - 600, depending on the
distance of the flight:
Within the EU
1,500 km or less - €250
over 1,500 km - €400
Between EU airport and non-EU airport
1,500 km or less - €250
1,500 - 3,500 km - €400
over 3,500 km - €600
Flight from New Caledonia to Auckland is 1,980 km between EU airport to
non-EU airport so I should entitle to compensation of €400.

紐西蘭航空公司推卸責任先說是和其他航空共航但我是買紐西蘭航空，於是球友建議我上
網查Air Passenger Rights 網站，於是紐航又說那是歐洲，但Noumea雖是法屬但不是歐
洲，可以有千百理由不賠償。

Thank you for your response.
The European Union regulation you have referred to applies only to flights
with airlines that are based in the European Union, or on flights that depart
from a European Union member state. As this flight operated between New
Caledonia and New Zealand, it does not apply.
Ms Chen, I do hope this clarifies your concerns.

→ cchris: 英文是大會的朋友幫他寫的,中文是他自己寫的,所以中文才對
→ cchris: 應該是他和朋友描述的時候,溝通有誤,所以英文寫成另一回事
