Santa SSLH at North Pole on Dec 24th 2015, engine shot down on takeoff

In a hastily scheduled press conference The United States Transport
Department have granted Santa Clause's sleigh permission to operate in US
airspace in the night of December 24th to December 25th 2015.
Traditionally this permission requires Santa and Santa's sleigh to pass a
flight test by FAA in order to demonstrate, that the sleigh and its engines
are capable of safe flight and Santa is able to handle the sleigh safely
despite increasing threats posed by drones, which already prompted the FAA to
warn everybody around the planet "to not be the guy or gal to hit Santa with
a drone".
As usual a FAA inspector was dipatched to supervise the flight test.
Santa prepared the sleigh, all 8 reindeer Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen,
Comet, Cupid, Dunder and Blixem propelling the sleigh as well as a 9th "red
nosed reindeer equipped with supplemental safety and navigation gear",
Rudolph, took their positions for the flight test.
When the FAA inspector arrived, Santa looked at him with a suspicious look:
"What is your rifle for?"
The inspector replied: "I am not supposed to tell you", then after a short
pause added with a smile: "but because of the increasing danger by drones you
are going to lose an engine on takeoff!"
