[問題] EU261取消航班改班機

各位好
我是那個去回程都被芬航取消的幸運遊客

小的想請教
芬航回我2/27取消的AY99
後來芬航幫改班機AY143加CX674
最終目的地抵達少於四小時
所以賠一個人300歐

In this case we can offer you half the standard EU compensation at 300 EUR per p
erson so a total of 600 EUR as the delay at your final destination was less than
 4 hours.

請問他這樣AY99取消航班就不算取消
算延誤航班嗎？
