Starting from March 10, 2026, the Bank will temporarily suspend online
banking services (including mobile banking) for customers who have not
accessed the Internet banking services for an extended period.

因近期詐騙頻傳,為保障帳戶安全,本行自2026年3月起,定期對於已逾兩年以上未登入
使用個人網路銀行之客戶,暫停其個人網路銀行服務,如需恢復使用,個人戶請本人攜帶
身分證明文件及本行任一存款帳戶之留存印鑑;公司戶請負責人攜帶身分證明文件、公司
登記證明文件及任一式原留印鑑,至本行任一營業單位辦理身分確認,經本行確認無虞後
即可辦理恢復使用。若您有任何問題請洽本行客服,感謝您的理解與配合。
Dear customers,
Due to the recent increase in scam incidents and to enhance account security,
starting from March 2026, the Bank will periodically suspend online banking
services for customers who have not logged in to their Internet banking
services for over two years. To restore access, individual customers are
required to visit any branch in person and present valid identification
documents along with the registered seal of any deposit account held with the
Bank. Corporate customers must have the responsible person bring
identification documents, company registration certificates, and any of the
original registered seals to any Bank branch for identity verification. Once
the Bank verifies your identity, the online banking service will be
reactivated. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with
our customer service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.online
