The Padres signed RHP Vince Velasquez to a minor league contract today.
He is expected to be added to the Padres active 28-man roster this weekend in
St. Louis and make a start during the three-game series against the Cardinals.
教士將簽下近日被費城人釋出的投手Vince Velasquez。由於教士的先發人手短缺，
Vince Velasquez預計在本周末對紅雀的系列戰先發。
