Right-hander Shane Bieber and the Cleveland Guardians are in agreement on a one-
year, $14 million contract that includes a $16 million player option for 2026, s
ources tell ESPN. Bieber underwent Tommy John surgery in April and is expected t
o return in the middle of 2025.

option for 2026 ($4 million buyout). So it’s either a one-year, $14 million
deal or two years and $26 million if he exercises the option.

Bieber第一年的保障約為10M 第二年有一個16M的球員選項 第二年的球員選項印地安人可以
以4M買斷(所以第一年保障14M)。所以他的合約不是1年14M就是2年26M
