The Blue Jays are finalizing a $1.5m agreement with Korean high-schooler Seojun
Moon that’s pending a physical, industry source tells me and @ArdenZwelling. @f
rancysromeroFR first reported a deal was expected.
Moon is 6-4, with a low 90s FB that's touched 95.

Deal likely won’t be final until next month.
The Blue Jays used most of the international signing bonus pool room acquired fr
om Cleveland w/ Myles Straw to agree on terms with Moon. They’re believed to st
ill have $500-$600K in the current signing period, which ends Dec. 15.

這些額度幾乎都花在這次了
藍鳥目前剩下的額度大概是50萬到60萬（～12/15）
