BREAKING: Catcher Samuel Basallo and the Baltimore Orioles are finalizing an
eight-year, $67 million contract extension, sources tell ESPN. Basallo, who
just turned 21, is one of the best prospects in baseball, and less than a
week after being called up, he has a long-term deal.

金鶯跟捕手Samuel Basallo 正在敲定一筆8年67M的合約

Basallo 剛年滿21歲，而且被叫上大聯盟不到一周後就綁了一筆長約

Samuel Basallo's deal with the Orioles, once completed, will begin next
season and includes a club option as well. It can max out at $88.5 million
and is the largest pre-arbitration extension for a catcher.

合約確認後，總額最高可以上到88.5M，會是捕手這個位子在仲裁年之前簽下的最高合約
