- 如果所有罪名都成立，將可能被判處最高 65 年的徒刑, 其中包含

    - 電匯詐欺共謀（wire fraud conspiracy）判 20 年
    - 服務誠信電匯詐欺共謀(wire fraud conspiracy)判 20 年
    - 賄賂影響體育賽事結果共謀(conspiracy to influence sporting contests by
      bribery)判 5 年
    - 洗錢共謀罪(money laundering conspiracy) 20 年


- 據稱 Clase 是慣犯, 經常在投球局的第一球投下注的球，通常投在好球帶外，甚至
  泥土區，以確保不被判為好球.

    - 這是有報酬的

- Ortiz 做了類似的事情, 賭客給他 12000 鎂, Class 負責策劃也拿了 12000 鎂

    - 此外 Clase 6/27 領了五萬鎂, 其中一萬五委託同夥下注 Ortiz 的投球.


- Clase 的經紀人 Kelvin Nova 拒絕回應這家媒體, 說他們已經配合調查

- Ortiz 星期天在波士頓被逮捕, Clase 據執法人員透漏, 他還在海外.


- MLB 手冊 21d(2) 「任何球員、裁判, 或是球團、聯盟的職員或僱員, 凡對其有職責
  參與的任何棒球比賽下注，無論金額多寡，都將被永久趕出聯盟
