TQB（Team Quality Balance)跟失分率是不一樣的東西
TQB=(得分/攻擊局數)-(失分/防守局數)
失分率=失分/防守局數
注意這裡的防守局數是用幾個出局算的，所以會有小數點。
WBC是第二、三屆的時候比TQB，
從第四屆（2017）開始就改回和第一屆一樣比失分率了。
然後這一屆也沒有更動

quotient of fewest runs allowed divided by the number of defensive outs

其實比TQB、比失分率，都還是存在故意拖長比賽以求晉級的可能性。
個人認為比較好的方式是比總失分。
