A letter from Royals owner John Sherman on what the team is describing as a stad
ium, mixed use development including a park and fountains and headquarters on 85
 acres in the Crown Center area. We’re told it’s a $2 billion private investme
nt. More money coming from city and state.

皇家老闆John Sherman 表示除了球場外

也會在周圍搞多功能開發項目，包括公園、噴泉以及總部

這項計畫是私人投資將高達20億鎂

另外還將有來自市政府與州政府的資金投入

The total project would be funded primarily by the Royals and other private inve
stors and supplemented by public funding from the City of Kansas City and Missou
ri’s Show-Me Sports Investment Act.

整體新球場計畫的資金將主要由皇家隊及其他私人投資者提供

並輔以來自堪薩斯市政府以及密蘇里州的公共資金支持
