strong, as Marquee Sports Network’s Elise Menaker detailed in Tuesday night’s
broadcast.

Crow-Armstrong told Menaker he has adjusted his workout regimen, lifting two or
three times a week this season compared to just once a week last year. That — c
ombined with a slight change in diet (he’s now eating breakfast, he said) — ha
s increased his weight to around 193 compared to playing last year in the 180s,
he told Menaker.
PCA告訴Menaker,他已調整訓練計畫,本季每週重訓兩到三次,而去年只有一次,再加上飲
食的微調(他說自己現在會吃早餐),他的體重大約增加到193磅,相較去年出賽時的180多

Williams has been the impetus behind Crow-Armstrong’s adjustments with weight t
raining and recovery. The two have formed a budding friendship over the last yea
r as they have taken the Chicago sports world by storm.
