Philadelphia Phillies star Bryce Harper has been battling left knee soreness
that reemerged last week after returning to play the outfield for the first
time in four years.

費城人隊球星 Bryce Harper 近期一直受到左膝酸痛困擾，該傷勢在上週他四年來首次重
返外野防守後再次復發。


Harper said he initially injured the knee during a game on July 11 but that
the pain died down after the All-Star break. It has returned since he has
gone back to right field in the wake of the Luis Arraez acquisition ahead of
last week's trade deadline.

Harper 表示，他最初是在 7 月 11 日的比賽中傷了膝蓋，但在明星賽假期後疼痛感已經
消退。然而，隨著球隊在上週交易截止日前簽下 Luis Arraez，他隨後重返右外野，膝傷
也因而復發。


"I was not feeling it," Harper said Tuesday of the knee pain, according to
The Athletic. "But the more I've ramped it up, I've gotten sore. I think the
more I play, I think it'll help me -- just getting in condition more. I feel
like I'm in spring training again, trying to get through everything. The more
I play, the more my body is accustomed to playing the outfield, I think it'll
kind of weasel its way out."

據《The Athletic》報導，Harper 週二談到膝蓋疼痛時表示：「我原本感覺不到痛了，
但隨著我強度越拉越高，膝蓋就開始酸痛。我覺得我打得越多越有幫助──就只是讓體能
更加到位。我感覺自己好像又回到了春訓，試著去適應一切。我上場次數越多，身體就會
越習慣守外野，我想這種不適感就會慢慢消失了。」

Harper said the pain comes mostly when he moves suddenly in the outfield, but
not when hitting or running. The Phillies have been cautious with their
superstar, limiting him to the DH role in three of the past four games. He
returned to right field once again for Tuesday's game against the Cardinals.

Harper 表示，疼痛主要發生在他於外野做出急啟動或突然移動時，打擊或跑壘時則不會。
費城人隊對這位超級球星採取謹慎態度，在過去四場比賽中有三場讓他僅擔任指定打擊。
而在週二對陣紅雀隊的比賽中，他再次重返右外野防守。


"Obviously it's bothering me a little bit," Harper said. "But we me. I'll
take a DH [day] any time I can get it, but I don't think we're at that point
yet."

「顯然這確實有點困擾我，」Harper 說道。「但我們再看看吧。只要有機會能擔任指定
打擊，我隨時都樂意，但我認為我們現在還沒到那個地步。」


Harper, 33, starred in right field for much of his career until he was moved
to a first base and DH role following Tommy John surgery in 2022.

現年 33 歲的 Harper 在職業生涯的大部分時間裡都是優秀的右外野手，直到 2022 年接
受韌帶置換手術 (Tommy John surgery) 後，才轉任一壘手與指定打擊的角色。
