Arizona Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo apologized to Cubs manager Craig Coun

Lovullo realized the mistake after speaking with MLB VP Michael Hill saying it w
as legal.

練在週一晚間比賽中傳遞的暗號完全合法。
