【工作內容】
利用Omics技術系統與策略，研究具藥理活性之植物天然物的生合成途徑，內容包括二次
代謝物之萃取及分析、以次世代定序及微陣列等方式分析其基因表達、植物基因轉殖與功
能分析。
(Project: Deciphering the biosynthetic pathway of bioactive phytocomounds
using omics approaches.
Research content: metabolite profiling of secondary metabolites; gene
cloning, expression and analysis from NGS and/or microarray studies;
functional study of candidate genes and enzymes in planta or microbe.)
【徵才條件】
對藥用植物二次代謝物研究在農業生物科技之應用有高度興趣與具研究熱忱之應徵者：
1. 具植物基因轉殖及分生實驗經驗。
2. 酵素功能分析。
3. 具次世代定序及微陣列相關經驗者佳。
(Candidates familiar with plant molecular biology and transformation, genetic
engineering, enzymology, or experienced in next generation sequencing or
microarray study are preferred.)
