【工作內容】
着manage and process Central File documents in accordance with company policy
碍track, scan, code and send documents to the relevant study
担complete the set-up, configuration and distribution of Investigator Site Files
(ISF) under the supervision of the local site management team members
裏support local site management team in the preparation of site-specific
documents and cover letters
冲assist with preparation of submission packages (as applicable)
冲assist with the organization of translations of study document
(e.g. contacting translation company, requesting approval via Oracle,
following up with translation company to ensure timely delivery)
冲assist local site management team members with tracking/maintenance of the
Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and study specific site trackers
(if applicable)
着maintain a basic awareness of and ensure compliance with applicable ICH-GCP
Guidelines, international and local regulations and applicable
PAREXEL procedures
着maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnersh
ips and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open,
balanced, and objective manner
担complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g. timesheets,
etc.)

裏sound presentation skills
响flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
裏strong computer skills including but not limited to knowledge of MS-Office
products such as Excel and Word
枱excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
裏sound problem solving skills
裏sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
裏shows commitment to and performs consistently high quality work
【薪資待遇】
$120/hr
