【工作內容】
1. Assay for cancer hallmarks (apoptosis, invasion and proliferation,etc.)
2. Antigen expression (RT-PCR, Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Confocal)
3. T-cell culture
4. Gene editing (cloning, CRISPR kit, DNA transfection)
5. Protein purification
【徵才條件】
1. Degree in Molecular Biology or related life science field
2. Cell engineering exprience for 2+ year
3. Immune background is a plus
4. Fluent English is a plus
【薪資待遇】
1. NT$ 50,000~70,000 Salary
