[問題] Post Transcriptional Modification

【問題】：Which of the following processes occurs posttranscriptionally?
(a). Cap addition
(b). adenosine deamination
(c). Poly(A) addition
(d). promoter clearance
(e). unwinding


【問題起因】：不知道答案, 覺得a/c都是post transcriptional modification...
              其他都不是


【個人看法】：難不成capping/polyA有一個是cotranscriptional?
