標題[求救] protein的cross-linker

想請教
如果想看原本的protein的interacting protein
有想到先cross link完再去跑western 看 MW的shift去猜
請問有人做過類似的實驗嗎？
有沒有推薦的crosslinker
找了些paper都沒有很詳細介紹
