想與大家討論有關virus infect cell的問題
最近在做有關在suspension over express
已知此cell type不好做一般的lipofectamine transfection
目前想由lentivirus的系統進行infection
virus已經完成
想請問一下在infection這一步驟
該如何在6well做
之前是做adherent protocol如下(在6cm dish中)
25ul polybrene(1ug/ml)
1cc virus
1.5cc medium
過1～3hr
補
20ul polybrene(1ug/ml)
2cc medium
48hr後收細胞
這樣的protocol需要稍微改成比較適合infection suspension cell的方式嗎？
