最近在做CEA相關研究
在paper上看到很多人使用C15A3這個細胞來研究CEA
然後他們都說這細胞是
一個 MC38 (methylcholanthrene-induced murine colon carcinoma cell line)
by transfection with a CEA encoding plasmid.
我想請問板上有人對這株C15A3細胞了解嗎?
他為什麼可以穩定表現CEA?
