無貸款 還沒結婚
車一部
名下房地產 屋x1 地x1 (暫時無法動)
之前所有所存的約350w
另外有六年約保險約100w
另外有股票不算
去年底活存全部轉出歸零後
(就是轉到以上定存和保險)
今年底預計薪資活存約70w (超魯...)
看到美國升息 台灣卻降息
看來定存不是一個方法
股票方面 明年總統大選 和就職會跌 未爆彈
房地產部分 我猜明年會跌 多少不知
現在暫時沒有買房地產計畫
因為還不確定以後會在哪裡工作
但是如果預計結婚 會有買房計畫
所以我希望稍微朝著短期可以活用資金 (大概2~3年可以贖回)
為目標
有沒有推薦的方式呢?
