Added Theme Numbers to the Theme List Thumbnails
Theme numbers have been added to the thumbnails for each theme in the Theme
List at the bottom left of the garden screen, as well as for each theme in
the Theme List under "Develop" at the top left of the garden screen.
The numbers match the order in which the themes were added to NEO Mushroom
Garden, making it easier to check which themes still need to be developed
when viewing the list of developed themes.
