這個 header 是 Numpy include 的檔案

就我所知找這個路徑最簡單（自動化）的方式是用 numpy.get_include

例如在我的系統上在 terminal 打這個指令

python -c "from numpy import get_include as G; print(G())"

/usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/numpy/core/include
