[情報] 關於新移民法規資訊的真偽?

各位加拿大籍者，有誰可以查證這篇紀載的真偽嗎??
這篇好像蠻嚴重的，意思是說加拿大過了一條法律讓政府
可以隨著自己的喜好任意註銷任何非加拿大出生的在籍者
的加拿大國籍國籍，甚至把移民進來加拿大的人或拿雙國籍者
化為"二等公民"。
不知道各位怎麼看?
