There could be many reasons why you don't share something that is bothering
you. It could be that you don't want others to see or be affected by your

just don't want to deal with explaining it. However, once you start
expressing your raw emotion, and you get it all out there in the open, you
will feel a need to fully exorcise your thoughts and you'll start to feel a
sense of relief. Getting it out there is the first step to empowerment.
