You may believe that you'll be able to please everyone involved in a group
endeavor. You want everyone on the same page, working toward the same goal
with gusto and synchronicity. But pleasing everyone may be an unrealistic
aspiration, Cancer. If you are the leader in this quest - even if it's not
your official title - you need to do what's best for the group, no matter
how it affects others on an emotional level. If you follow that line of
thinking, everything will work out in the end.

你也許相信在一個團隊中你能夠努力來取悅每一個人。你希望每個人的意見一致，並
興致勃勃的同步往相同目標來前進。但取悅每個人這件事也許是個不切實際的抱負，
巨蟹。如果你是在一個團隊任務中的領隊 -即便這不是個官方的職稱- 你必須要去做
對這個團隊最好的事，不論這有沒有影響到其它的情緒層面的事。如果你按照這個思
路前進，問題到了最後都會解決的。
