And don't hold back either - stand tall and proud. Your best is something
very special, and someone who can help you is out there watching. Hold
nothing back.

在地把自己展現出來——表現出真實的自己才是讓你擔心的原因，這表示要展現自己
的深度與才華，也意味著你的玻璃心可能沒辦法承受被拒絕或被批評。你很快就會有
機會做最好的自己，不要隱瞞任何真實的自己，也不要害怕展現出你所擁有的一切，
更不要壓抑自己——抬頭挺胸，為自己感到驕傲。你最好的那一面是非常特別的，而
可以幫助你的人正在看著你，所以千萬不要壓抑自己。
