You may have a mess to clean up now, Moonchild. It may have begun with one

you. Don't worry about it getting any worse. Just deal with one element at
a time, and take the time to look back and admire the way you have gotten
things back in order. And when you finish, things will be far better than
they were before.

切好像都亂了調——而現在有一堆事情要處理和改善。不過最糟的已經過去了，別擔
心事情還會變得更糟，只要一次處理好一個部分，花一點時間回想，並且讚賞自己把
