One of the most important keys to happiness is to find something good in
whatever happens in your life. Even during the bleak moments, if nothing
else, there is always the learning experience and the wisdom we get by
going through different situations. And when you face even the toughest
challenge, it offers you an opportunity to learn something and become
stronger through this experience. When a relationship fails or you don't
reach a goal, it may open up a door for you to find something better that
you might not have found before. There is always an upside. Keep that in

獲得快樂的其中一個最重要的關鍵是不管生命中發生了什麼事，都要從中發現一些美
好的東西。就算是在毫無希望的時刻，藉由撐過那些艱難困苦的情況，總是會有值得
學習的經驗與智慧。甚至當你面對最嚴峻的挑戰，那也會給你學到某些東西的機會，
