If you were to work and practice at becoming accomplished at playing the
flute, Moonchild, you would be just as able to play in a concert hall in
front of a thousand people as you would in your own living room. But
perception is a powerful thing. If you were to imagine the audience in
that concert hall belittling your talent, it could have a terrible impact
on your performance - but it would, of course, be all in your mind. You
may have a big chance coming up to demonstrate something you do well.
Imagine yourself in your most comfortable place, and believe in yourself.

在數千人的音樂廳表演，就像在自家客廳一樣輕鬆、自然。不過感知能力是很強烈的，
如果你開始想像演奏會的觀眾貶低你的才華，那就會對你的表演造成負面影響——當
然，這些想法都只會在你心裡。你也許有個重要的機會即將來臨，讓你大聲宣示你可
以把某件事做得很好。想像自己待在最舒適的地方，並且相信自己。
