do that. An argument could occur among friends or family members, or even with
the salesperson at your local grocery store! You wear your emotions right bel
ow the surface, and you show how you feel without even trying. Try to avoid be
coming embroiled in discussing opinions on any issue that brings up strong fee
lings, and instead focus on lighter topics. If you feel the urge to express yo
ur feelings, do so in a more private setting where you can avoid conflict.
