No matter how many self-improvement books you use and how many new-age techniq
ues you apply to try and make your life as good as it can be, you still have t
o help yourself! Gaining insight through any of these techniques is a great st
art, Capricorn, but you have to do the work internally. That's not to say that
you aren't doing well, but if you aspire to be your absolute best self, then
it will take a genuine commitment every time you wake up in the morning. Belie
ving fully in yourself is the foundation because you will that you can do anyt
hing - and that can bring you the peace you are looking for.

試著要讓你的生活變得更好
你還是需要幫助你自己

透過上述任何技術來增加洞察力是很好的開始
但是你必須要從內部做起
不是說你做的不夠好
不過若是你渴望成為最好的自己
那麼你要每天早上
都對自己做一個很真誠的承諾
全然的相信自己是基本原則
因為這樣會讓你認定自己可以做任何事
且可以為你帶來你追尋的平靜
