這邊理解有誤。

當低於薪資上限時，會預佔薪資空間的CAP HOLD，包括了中產階級條款。

Player and trade exceptions available to the team, if the team is under
the salary cap. (Teams may renounce these exceptions, in which case they
no longer are included in team salary.)

也就是因為塞爾蒂克用了薪資空間簽下自由球員。
所以今年必定沒有上述的這些條款，中產跟雙年都沒有。

簽完之後能用的祇有空間中產特例「Room Mid-Level exception」。
今年是4.3M。

This exception is available only to teams that drop far enough below the
cap to use cap room, and therefore lose their Bi-Annual, Non-Taxpayer 
Mid-Level and Taxpayer Mid-Level exceptions.


這邊必須要說，裸簽是很吃力的。
