With academy scholarships having been decided months ago, clubs are now
moving to supplement their 2018-19 intakes with additional players, and
Chelsea are no exception. They're moving to bring in Crewe Alexandra
forward George Nunn. #CFC
So this has been picked up by the bigger outlets now (of course it has).
Nunn played for the U16s at the weekend, scoring in a 9-3 win, and will
join a growing group of first-year scholars next season.
There are roughly a dozen players in Chelsea's youth team intake for next
season (including Nunn), a couple pending 100% certainty, and they're
likely to try to add maybe one or two to that before pre-season gets
underway in July. All details here in due course as ever.
Both of those (查理˙布朗、泰勒克羅斯戴爾) move up to U23 full-time next
year, leaves Redan as the senior U18 striker, with Broja and now Nunn
coming in, and Ballo (plus maybe one other versatile forward TBC) who can
play there too.

Chelsea sign Crewe Alexandra teenage striker George Nunn

Crewe Alexandra's teenage striker George Nunn has signed for Premier
League side Chelsea, BBC Radio Stoke reports. The 16-year-old has not made
a first-team appearance, but has been a prolific scorer at junior level.
It is understood Crewe will receive about ￡300,000 compensation from
Chelsea for the teenager. Nunn has made the step up to under-18 level this
season and scored twice in a 3-2 defeat by Nottingham Forest.
