== Europa League regulations ==
No club may have more than 25 players on List A during the season, two of
whom must be goalkeepers. As a minimum, eight places are reserved
exclusively for 'locally trained players'.
賽季期間，任何一家俱樂部都不允許擁有超過25名球員，其中兩名必須是守門員。至
少有八名球員必須是“當地培養球員”。
A 'locally trained player' is either a 'club-trained player' or an
'association-trained player' and no club may have more than four
'association-trained players' listed among the eight places on List A.
“當地培養球員”可以是“本俱樂部培養球員”，也可以是“本協會培養球員”，任
何一家俱樂部都不允許在Ａ名單的八名“當地培養球員”中擁有超過四名“本協會培
養球員”。
A 'club-trained player' is a player who, between the age of 15 and 21, and
irrespective of his nationality and age, has been registered with his
current club for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or
of 36 months.
“本俱樂部培養球員”是指一名球員，不論其國籍和年齡，在15歲至21歲期間在當前
俱樂部註冊三個完整賽季或者36個月，不論這段時間是否間斷過。
In the case of Chelsea, an 'association-trained player' is a player who,
between the age of 15 and 21, and irrespective of his nationality and age,
has been registered with another club or clubs affiliated to the FA for a
period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or of 36 months.
以卻爾西為例，“本協會培養球員”是指一名球員，在其15歲至21歲期間，不論其國
籍和年齡，在英足總下屬的一家或者多家俱樂部註冊三個完整賽季或者36個月，不論
這段時間是否間斷過。
If a club has fewer than eight locally trained players in its squad, then
the maximum number of players on List A is reduced accordingly.
如果一家俱樂部在其陣容中“當地培養球員”不足八名，那麼其Ａ名單的球員人數將
相應減少。
A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January
1997 and has been eligible to play for Chelsea for any uninterrupted
period of two years since his 15th birthday. An unlimited number of
players can be registered on List B provided the list is submitted by the
day before the match in question.
如果一名球員出生於1997年1月1日或之後，並自其15歲生日之後為切爾西俱樂部連續
效力兩年時間將可在Ｂ名單中報名。只要在所涉及比賽日之前提交，Ｂ名單可報名人
數不限。
