Blues handed AFC Wimbledon tie in Checkatrade Trophy

The draw for the Checkatrade Trophy Round of 32 has taken place, with the
Blues set to face AFC Wimbledon at home.
With the development squad having performed impressively in the group
stage, finishing top after playing three games away from home, Joe
Edwards's side will now host the League One side at Stamford Bridge in a
one-legged knockout tie
The format of the competition remains regionalised until the quarter-final
stage.
Last season our youngsters reached the semi-finals of the tournament and
were only denied a place in the final after losing on penalties to Lincoln
City.
Ticket information for the game, which will be played in the week
commencing 3 December, will be announced in due course.
