Chelsea Football Club have today parted company with Head Coach Frank
Lampard.
切爾西俱樂部今天與主教練蘭帕德結束了合作。

This has been a very difficult decision, and not one that the owner and
the Board have taken lightly.
這是一個非常艱難的決定，不是俱樂部老闆和董事會輕易就能做出的決定。
We are grateful to Frank for what he has achieved in his time as Head
Coach of the Club. However, recent results and performances have not met
the Club's expectations, leaving the Club mid-table without any clear
path to sustained improvement.
我們感謝弗蘭克擔任俱樂部主教練期間幫助球隊所取得的成就。然而，最近的球隊成
績和表現並沒有達到俱樂部的預期，目前球隊處在積分榜中游位置，並沒有任何明顯
正在進步的跡象。
There can never be a good time to part ways with a club legend such as
Frank, but after lengthy deliberation and consideration it was decided a
change is needed now to give the Club time to improve performances and
results this season.
對於像弗蘭克這樣的切爾西傳奇人物來說，分手永遠不會有什麼好時機，但經過長時
間深思熟慮後，我們決定現在做出改變，讓球隊有時間提升自己的表現和成績。
Roman Abramovich said,
羅曼˙阿布拉莫維奇說，
“This was a very difficult decision for the Club, not least because I
have an excellent personal relationship with Frank and I have the utmost
respect for him.
“這對俱樂部來說是一個非常艱難的決定，尤其我與弗蘭克的私人關係非常好，我對
他懷著最大的尊重。”
“He is a man of great integrity and has the highest of work ethics.
However, under current circumstances we believe it is best to change
managers.
“他是一個非常正直的人，有著最高的職業道德。然而在目前的情況下，我們認為更
換主教練是最佳的選擇。”
“On behalf of everyone at the Club, the Board and personally, I would
like to thank Frank for his work as Head Coach and wish him every success
in the future. He is an important icon of this great club and his status
here remains undiminished. He will always be warmly welcomed back at
Stamford Bridge.”
“我代表俱樂部的每一個人，代表董事會和個人，感謝弗蘭克在擔任主教練期間為球
隊所做的一切，祝他在未來取得成功。他是這家偉大俱樂部的一個重要標誌性人物，
他在這裡的地位不會受到影響，他將永遠受到斯坦福橋的熱烈歡迎。”
The Club will be making no further comment until such time as a new Head
Coach is appointed.
任命新的主教練之前，俱樂部不會再做出進一步評論。
