== 年度最佳青訓學員 ==
目前每家俱樂部都已經頒發了年度青訓學員獎 (Scholar of the Year)，切爾西
的後衛阿爾菲˙吉爾克萊斯特 (Alfie Gilchrist) 也獲得了這一獎項。他代表藍軍
青年隊踢了17場比賽，首次代表發展隊參加了英超二級聯賽，最後獲得了2020/21賽
季青訓學員獎。這個獎項表彰了他在球場內外的成就，這位17歲球員所展現的態度和
表現是他獲得認可的關鍵。

Alfie follows in the footsteps of Conor Gallagher, Billy Gilmour, Henry
Lawrence and Lewis Bate in being named Scholar of the Year in the last
five years. Each club nominates a player recognising their progress and
achievements on and off the pitch.
