各位板有 大家好
日前 看了一篇理論計算的paper
[PHYSICAL REVIEW B, VOLUME 65, 174117]
[Vacancy and interstitial defects in hafnia]
這篇內容許多的理論計算
對於其中有些部份 實在不是很了解它真正的意思
[The formation of a vacancy introduces a new
double-occupied one-electron level in the band gap situated
at 2.8 eV and 2.3 eV above the top of the valence band for
V3 and V4, respectively.]
請問各位 這段所要表達的是!?
在valence band 之上 形成 2.8 eV(V3) & 2.3eV(V4) 這兩個新的能階?!
是這樣嗎!?!?
其中 [double-occupied one-electron level]
指的是?!
對於這部份 一直想不出來如何解釋!?!!
