這兩節從上下文來看，是講述同一件事情，需要一起看
NIV聖經:
6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be
on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of his government and
peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his
kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from
that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.
第七節,本書作者稱呼上帝為LORD, 因此很明顯的，第6節的HE 均是指 the child.
且該書作者認為他就是Mighty God,
在新約中
當腓力求主耶穌將父顯給他們看時，
主耶穌能對他說，『人看見了我，就是看見了父；
你怎麼說，將父顯給我們看？我在父裏面，父在我裏面，你不信麼？』(約十四9下～10）
這裏我們看見，父與子雖有分別，卻互相內在，因而不能分開。不
僅如此，父與子都在靈裏，靈也在父與子裏。 我們若看見這個，就會領悟那成為肉體，
在地上行動的神，就是三一神。
