WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- Police have arrested an East Austin church pastor
for allegedly repeatedly having sex with a girl since she was 13-years old.
According to police, 68-year-old Henry Lee McGee of the First Baptist Church
of East Austin on Heflin Lane committed sexual acts with the alleged victim
in Round Rock and other locations since June 2014. The girl's parents
originally reported the incidents to the Austin Police Department. The case
was then referred to the Round Rock Police Department after it was determined
that at least one incident allegedly happened there.
Round Rock Police said McGee had committed sexual acts with the victim in
Round Rock since June 2014 and other locations. Court documents show he took
her to his home, a hotel and a storage unit.
McGee was booked at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office Monday with a bond
set at $80,000 for sex abuse of a child.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
Detectives believe there may be more victims. Anyone with more information
should contact the RRPD at 512-218-5500.
