專案說明：用R語言 做text classification and topic modeling, 約2500個do
cument(演講稿）做text mining
(1) text classification需使用 tm package做multiclass classification, 並用caret
tuning(演算法不限， ex: nb, random forest, Adaboost，取效果佳者）
（2）topic modeling 需 使用topicmodel package找出相關 topic
預算：1500NT
接案者要求：熟悉R語言以及text mining
