: Weapon Upgrade Balance Fixes
: The cost of the weapon upgrading used to be based on the crusader's level, but

物防穿、魔防穿都有新的上限，新增HP %數的項目

海盜：

當使用格子後，所有友軍的爆傷會按照該友軍的爆率提升

如果友軍在有BUFF的情況下使用3C造成爆擊傷害

則會產生一個防護罩，防護罩可以吸收等同於該角色50%生命的傷害
