Cubs Select Mike Freeman
The Cubs have selected the contract of middle infielder
Mike Freeman from Triple-A Iowa, Sahadev Sharma of The
Athletic tweets. He’ll take the place of Addison Russell
on the roster, who’s on administrative leave amidst
allegations of spousal abuse.
