In the afternoon, I went to the market with my family and ordered a serving of
passion fruit shaved ice. The tangy and sweet flavour of passion fruit combined
with the refreshing chill of shaved ice, complemented by the chewy texture of
agar jelly, makes for the perfect treat to beat the summer heat.
