兩位外孫許久沒有到以媛家了，這幾天從西螺阿嬤家回台北，因為還沒有開學，女兒要他
們到公公婆婆家，碰巧以媛在家過「超碼日」，硬是和他們近距離相處了一個早上。兩小
已經像大男生了，懂事許多。知道以媛在準備結緣書的包裝，爭著幫忙。既然他們這麼熱
心，告訴注意事項後，就放手讓他們做。雖然有許多不盡如人意，仍然讚美幾句，看到他
們得意的臉，此時深刻感受到「良言一句三冬暖」的道理。真誠的善巧語、微笑、讚美，
的確是最生活化、最平實又有用的法布施，也讓別人在不受責難下從容學習且效果更好。
下午帶著兩小的愛心出門發書，一路上遇到不少行色匆匆的人，但也有許多願意接書的善
良人，因為有老天的加持很快完成設定的目標。
08/26「每日感恩小記」第31輪19日
1. 為了幫一套衣服配釦子，找遍台北市終於找到一家距離不算遠，開了幾十年的釦材
行。好不容易挑選兩種樣子，準備帶回去和衣服比對後再決定選用哪一種。離開釦材行大
約五十公尺，聽到有人在喊以媛，回頭望見老闆跑過來說價錢算錯了，要退給以媛十元，
真是童叟無欺的表現。對這出乎意料的動作相當感動，也感恩社會上還是有德行之人為人
表率。
2. 感恩骨科診所提供復健服務，將平時忽略的手機、電腦、書籍的閱讀姿勢做了一些
整復。以媛知道復健後還是得要自己注意，不要久坐。對於身體的照顧要像修行時對於「
心」的要求一樣嚴格，否則經常姑息自己過度使用身體，只會換來過勞後遺症，徒然減損
身心靈平衡的程度。
