晚上台北教室菁英會導讀《超級生活密碼》4-5「未來的舞台裡 此刻這一秒才是重點」。
書中提到某些感受會因爲沉浸在現場的「境」中，容易引發眼耳鼻舌身意六根的作用，這
些景像在其前世今生裡的data運作著，觸景生情而產生情緒的反應。但另一方面，人若要
修行，實在不必非去所謂的「名山大川」、「聖地」，或到「舊地」去感受過去的「曾經
」，因為時間變了，那曾有過的體驗已隨風而去不必戀棧。若要真修行，日常生活中的任
何當下場景才會是最真實的試煉場，考驗自己的習氣能否在當時不現前，不會產生負面的
業力。這讓以媛回想太陽盛德導師在上週拉斯之旅時曾說：大家非要來Sedona才能親近太
陽而產生共振嗎?在其他地方做「太陽心法」時不能觀想太陽而照樣灌入法流，調撥正能
量嗎?這樣的問題的確提醒我們修行仍在於掌控自己的「心」，只有把握這一刻所在的場
景，做最適當的人事物的互動和對應，才能為下一步人生打好基礎、累積資糧。
歆銣在總結《超級生命密碼》第六章「秘密中的秘密」時說：許多人在修行過程中經常會
有的現象是：清楚ㄧ陣子，糊塗一陣子，總是不能達到明白ㄧ輩子的境界。以媛知道自己
有這樣的不能究竟的現象，是因為沒有完全斷離疏忽大意習氣的造業，嚴重影響自己生活
中的吉凶禍福，這是以媛必須面對的修行課題。
